We are pleased to be able to
offer boarding to your smaller pets.
We offer the
best in animal guest accommodation with secure indoor hutches, set in the
idyllic country settings.
We can
ensure that caring owners can go away on their holidays with the peace of mind
knowing that their
family pets
are in safe hands.
The well
being and security of your pet are paramount to us.
Hutches/pens
are cleaned daily, your pet will be health checked and daily handling plus
(grooming if required)
Fresh water,
hay, fruit and vegetables, will be available.
A main
diet must be supplied, by yourselves as a change of diet will cause stomach up
sets. Please make sure you bring
enough
with you to last the durations of the stay.
Depending on
the pet, litter trays will be provided along with mineral stones, gnawing
sticks, treats, dust baths, probiotic supplement and vitamn C.
Birds
must arrive in their own cages and will be kept in a heated room, same as
being at home, with either radio or TV
for
company. Along with a window view and fresh air....weather permitting
During
summer months rabbits/guinea pigs will have the opportunity to enjoy fresh
grass on the lawn in wire pens along with play tunnels and toys.
The winter
months rabbits/guinea pigs will be able to exercise in an indoors pen. Which
will have tunnels and chew toys
to
stimulate them.
At no
time will your pet be mixed with any other pet guests.
For the
smaller pets i.e. hamsters, mice etc it is best for your animal if they are kept
in their normal surrounding.
So we
like your pet to arrive in it's own cage. This is less stressful for them.
RABBITS
MUST BE vaccinated against myxomatosis and Viral Haemorrhagic disease
(VHD) - A valid certificate must accompany your rabbit on arrival.
Your rabbit
can be vaccinated after six weeks of age. This is then carried out on a annual
